Big Love For Victoria Baker Hair & Beauty

Meet Victoria Baker, the founder of Victoria Baker Hair & Beauty.

With over 30 years of experience as a hairdresser and makeup artist, Victoria Baker has dedicated her career to helping women look and feel their absolute best. For the past five years, she has also been a proud Beauty Ambassador for Mary Kay, spreading the joy of beauty even further.

What we love about Vicki is her infectious enthusiasm and genuine passion for empowering women to feel confident in their own skin. She doesn’t just style hair or apply makeup, she creates experiences that leave her clients glowing inside and out.

Her wide range of services include:

  • Hairdressing: cuts, blow dries, perms, highlights, tints and children’s cuts
  • Bridal hair and beauty packages
  • Beauty treatments: waxing, brow tints, lash tints and nails

Whether it’s a hairstyle for a special day or a makeup look for everyday confidence, Vicki’s ultimate goal is simple; to make every woman feel fabulous. From the moment you sit in her chair, your comfort and confidence are her priority. And when you see your final look, she wants your eyes to sparkle with delight.

For Vicki, the true reward is seeing that transformation – the moment you realise just how fabulous you are.

As part of #BigLoveForSmallBusiness we asked Vicki the following questions:

What motivates you to keep going in your business?
“People. I love to help ladies, especially, feel fabulous. I want to empower them and bring confidence to them. It’s amazing how much a great haircut or learning how to apply your makeup properly can change how you feel.”

What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a business owner?
“COVID was hard because I couldn’t work for so long. And when I finally got back, it took a good two years to settle in again and for people to trust the process once more”

What are some of your proudest wins and achievements?
“Empowering women. And winning the Female Business Award at the Love Evesham Awards.”

What do you love doing in your free time?
“Walking the dog.”

Do you have any stories you’d like to share about your time with the Women Who Business Community?
“I met Jennifer Barnes at the Pershore meeting hosted by Helen Yandell, and literally this weekend, I was invited to collaborate at Bloodstock Festival – doing braids, bubble plaits and makeup. What an event!”

What would you say to someone considering joining The Women Who Business Community?
“Do it. I’ve already told my sister to join too!”
