NetworkWell is a sub-brand of The Women Who Business Community and focuses on the mental and physical wellbeing of our members. NetworkWell is rapidly growing and expanding bringing members opportunities to take some valuable time out from their businesses to ensure that they are taking good care of themselves.
This session is led by Personal Trainer & Nutritionist, Petra Bland, who meets members at the Hartlebury Common Car Park at 10am, before guiding you on a glorious 90 minute walk and talk.
