We understand that it takes enormous courage and tenacity to take the leap out of employment into self employment and we are here to help guide and support you to become a confident and successful business owner.
OUR STORY
What began almost 8 years ago, as a Facebook group created to bring together local women in Worcester for support, connection and guidance, has grown into something far beyond what we imagined.
Our first monthly meeting in Worcester sparked a wave of interest and community spirit, leading us to expand into Bromsgrove then to Kidderminster, Droitwich, Pershore and Malvern, and more recently into Clent, Bridgnorth and Shrewsbury; each new location adding its own unique energy and stories. Next on the horizon is Hereford, Ludlow and Longbridge in Birmingham all launching in September 2025.
Alongside our face to face meetings, we launched NetworkWell, the wellness strand of Women Who, to support not just business growth but personal wellbeing too. Under NetworkWell, we opened our first monthly Walk & Talk in Hartlebury, Stourport, followed by Walk & Talks in Worcester City and most recently in beautiful Malvern.

Our face to face meetings start between 9.30am and 10am, close by 12 noon and include a Guest Speaker and facilitated casual networking.

Hosted monthly on the last Wednesday of every month from 9.30am to 10.30am. Hosted by Women Who Founder, Lisa Lloyd.

Monthly Walk & Talks led by Wellness Experts who guide you on a 90 minute walk, allowing you to chat to other members and whilst benefitting from the rejuvenating effects of nature.
