Originally from Poland, she speaks both English and Polish and is passionate about helping people from all walks of life overcome language and cultural barriers.

Why did you start your business?
With almost two decades of experience in financial services, I founded Key Steps Financial to guide people through life’s big financial decisions, one step at a time.
What motivates you to keep going in your business?
I’m passionate about helping people from all walks of life overcome language and cultural barriers, and I’ve built a service that removes complexity and replaces it with clarity, compassion, and confidence, ensuring everyone feels secure every step of the way.
What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a business owner?
Keeping up with constant changes to lenders’ criteria, regulations and compliance, and Interest Rate Volatility can feel like I am on a rollercoaster.
What are some of your proudest wins or achievements in your business journey?
I love helping first-time buyers get keys to their first home, especially when they thought it wasn’t possible, but seeing clients come back for their remortgage because they trust me to look after them feels like a huge achievement.
What advice would you give to someone thinking about starting their own business?
Starting on your own can be hard and very lonely, so surround yourself with people who will support you along the way and understand your journey.
What do you love doing in your free time?
Spending time with my family and friends. Going on long countryside walks with my 2 cocker spaniels.
What do you love most about our community?
I love being part of this community – it feels like a circle of cheerleaders who truly get me, inspire me, and support me. Through it, I’ve found genuine friendships that will last a lifetime, and I couldn’t be prouder to belong to such an incredible space!
Do you have any stories that you’d wish to share about your time with The Women Who Business Community?
I’ve been part of this community almost since the very beginning, and it’s truly been such a privilege to represent the brand and connect with so many incredible ladies along the way. What I love most is the way everyone lifts each other up; collaboration always comes before competition!
I’m lucky to work alongside so many inspiring women, but a few deserve a special mention. My dear friends of almost15 years, Natasha McCann and Helen Reilly, have always been people I can count on. I also have the pleasure of teaming up with Caroline Laudren to support our clients, Maria Woziwoda helped me so much with my photos and of course, Lisa Lloyd, whose patience, wisdom, and endless support never fails to amaze me.
I feel so grateful to be surrounded by such an uplifting and supportive community!
