Big Love For Flo2 Wellbeing
Meet Lee-Anne Brown, Founder of Flo₂™ Wellbeing.

Lee-Anne Brown is on a mission to help women feel calmer, more grounded, and fully themselves. Through her brand Flo₂™ Wellbeing, she blends breathwork, yoga, workshops and one-day retreats with practical wellbeing tools. Her approach is all about helping women slow down, reconnect with themselves, and create lives that feel balanced, joyful and sustainable.
Lee-Anne’s entrepreneurial journey began in 2016, fuelled by a passion for organisation and a heart for helping others succeed.
Over the years, she’s partnered with incredible coaches and wellness entrepreneurs to bring clarity to their chaos and breathe life into their businesses. Her unique blend of traditional VA expertise and strategic insight has allowed Lee-Anne to go beyond admin tasks, helping others build thriving, sustainable businesses.
Flo₂™ Wellbeing is a new brand built around four core pillars: Studio, Retreats, Living and Business. From New Year 2026, Lee-Anne will be offering beautiful breathwork and yoga classes in person, with sound healing coming in the Summer. She also provides wellbeing-focused business support for entrepreneurs who want clarity, calm and simple systems – but her main focus is growing the Studio and Retreats side of Flo₂.
What this space … it’s about to get really good!
As part of our Big Love For Small Business campaign, we asked Lee-Anne the following questions …
Why did you start your business?
I started Flo₂™ Wellbeing because I wanted to create something meaningful that could support women the way I wish I had been supported. Being a mum to three children, including a daughter who is Autistic and has ADHD, taught me how important calm, balance and self-care are – for both ourselves and our families. My own journey through life’s challenges, including experiences of abuse and trauma, showed me the importance of nervous system health, grounding, and connection. Flo₂™ Wellbeing is my way of sharing the tools that have helped me thrive, and creating a space where women can feel seen, supported and fully themselves.
What motivates you to keep going?
The women. Seeing someone leave a class or workshop feeling lighter, calmer, more themselves – that’s everything. And knowing Flo₂™ reflects the values I live by: slowing down, tuning into your body, taking care of your mind and nervous system, and creating balance in everyday life.
What challenges have you faced?
Burnout has hit me a couple of times, and quiet seasons without clients can be tough. Life throws curveballs too, but all of those challenges pushed me to deepen my training, trust my skills, and create a business built on calm, balance, and nervous system support rather than hustle.
What are some of your proudest achievements?
Completing all my training has been a huge achievement – becoming an ICF Coach, specialising in trauma-informed approaches, meditation, breathwork, and now yoga. This has allowed me to support women far deeper than surface level. I’m also proud of the women I’ve worked with, especially neurodivergent clients, and proud that I’ve stayed committed and built something that genuinely helps people – even when life has been challenging.
Advice for someone thinking about starting their own business
Just start. Don’t overthink it, don’t wait for the perfect moment – you’ll figure things out as you go. Learn to manage your time, look after yourself, and add tools that bring calm into your day – breathwork, yoga, even a cup of tea and some Arbonne fizz sticks can make a difference. And surround yourself with people who get it, because community matters.
What do you love doing in your free time?
I love getting on my Peloton, doing yoga, walking in nature, drinking tea, and sipping my Arbonne fizz sticks. I also enjoy sewing and eating out – little moments that make life feel balanced and joyful.
What do you love most about our community?
I love the people. There’s so much support and energy in the online groups and I’m really looking forward to attending some of the in-person events this Winter.
Networking and making new friends is so valuable. There’s nothing to lose and so much to gain – connections, inspiration, and that feeling that you’re not doing it alone.
