Big Love For Sarah Steele Coaching

Meet Sarah Steele, an accredited Breakup and Divorce Coach and the founder of Sarah Steele Coaching.

After a successful career in the NHS as a senior nurse, supporting people through some of life’s most challenging moments, Sarah felt a natural pull towards coaching.

Trained by the globally renowned Sara Davidson, founder of the International Divorce Society, Sarah has since supported many clients through the emotional and practical challenges of breakup, separation and divorce. She is also a Somatic Trauma Informed Coach and specialist in supporting clients in toxic relationships.

Through her work in the NHS, she recognised a real gap in specialist support for those navigating both the emotional and legal sides of separation and that’s what inspired her to specialise in this area.

Sarah is really passionate about helping people navigate one of life’s most challenging transitions with clarity, confidence and calm.

Sarah’s coaching helps clients to:
 – Take responsibility and make confident, informed decisions
 – Gain clarity and feel more in control
 – Manage emotions and communicate more effectively
 – Build confidence and move forward positively

She offers compassionate guidance through every stage; from coping with the initial heartbreak and managing any conflict with your ex, to communicating with children, understanding the divorce process and embracing new beginnings. Sarah also supports clients who are ready to rediscover themselves and move forward to build the life and relationships they truly deserve.

As part of our Big Love for Small Business campaign,  we asked Sarah the following …

What motivates you to keep going in your business?

“I love what I do and truly believe in the difference I can make to someone going through such a traumatic, life-changing experience.”

What are some of the biggest challenges you’ve faced as a business owner?

“Getting the message across to other divorce professionals about the value that specific divorce coaching brings to clients during the process and how much it impacts how they feel at the end.”

What are some of your proudest wins or achievements?

“Every time I see a client move forward with clarity and confidence and watch them thrive, is my drive.”

What advice would you give to someone starting their own business?

“Take it slow, don’t wait for everything to be perfect. Involve yourself in the community and tell everyone you meet about what you do.”

What do you love doing in your free time?

“I love walking my dog, spending time with family and friends, and I enjoy Pilates.”

What do you love most about The Women Who Business Community?

“I love the sense of belonging. I always feel I can be authentic about my business concerns without judgment.”

Do you have any stories to share about your time in the community?

“I’m definitely more confident about networking. It used to petrify me, but now I look forward to the opportunity to meet everyone, share wins, and talk about things that haven’t gone so well.”

What would you say to anyone considering joining The Women Who Business Community?

“Absolutely yes! The support and friendships I’ve gained have helped me so much.”
