Big Love For Garrett Learning
Meet Wendy Garrett, the founder of Garrett Learning
Wendy Garrett is the driving force behind Garrett Learning, where professional training meets fun, curiosity and connection.

Garrett Learning specialises in Mental Health First Aid Training, Leadership Training, and Mentoring but don’t expect the usual “mandatory training” experience where you find yourself clock-watching from start to finish.
Wendy brings a completely different energy. Every session she delivers is designed to be engaging, enjoyable and memorable, so that learning truly sticks.
What makes Wendy stand out is her belief in the power of individuality, listening, curiosity and being there for others. She doesn’t just train, she creates experiences that encourage teams to feel valued, invested in and motivated.
The impact of Garrett Learning’s approach:
- Boosts productivity and efficiency
- Builds happier, more motivated teams
- Reduces staff turnover
- Supports financial growth for businesses
Wendy’s passion for continuous learning and self-development means she’s always refining her skills to help others thrive. Her goal? To help employers meet their duty of care by ensuring their people feel supported, safe and inspired at work.
Her training sessions are friendly, jargon-free and approachable – because learning shouldn’t feel intimidating. In fact, you might even find yourself having a little fun along the way!
